      So after 7 months and the state sending me letters that my registration will be suspended due to not having insurance on my vehicles I call my local Farm Bureau Agent to see what's going on with my account because all emails and letters I have received in the past year indicate no issues. But I don't talk to my agent that I have delt with over the years I deal with his office staff (wife, kids whom ever they are) and they inform me that my policy was cancelled in October of 2024 due to non payment....Are you kidding me??? I have no e mails, no phone calls, no mail stating this was an issue. I had a issue with a card but fixed the issue and moved on with no other communication from my agent. Or his Family. Now I'm flabbergasted that I have been driving around with no insurance from 6/2024 to 5/2025!!!! and when I talk to the staff not my agent mind you she tells me I got a letter to my PO box back in September.....But I don't get my statements or mail at this "po box" I get it at an address in town. I double checked my phone records and email records and nothing saying that I lost my coverage. I want this looked into I almost couldn't get another insurance policy because the laps in this policy the only thing that saved me was I had company insurance on my company vehicles so they let me go through that. This needs addressed I could have had a huge liability issue here people and this is not right.

      My wife and I were involved in an accident on the 15th of March 2024, the individual who caused the accident was insured by Farm Bureau they were deemed at fault by the police. We contacted Farm Bureau to know and were given a point of contact at Farm Bureau it took multiple calls to finally get in touch with our point of contact. when we finally got in contact with them we were given a claim number. Days later we were informed that another individual would be our new point of contact because the accident involved 4 vehicles. Again it took multiple calls to get in touch with them. I had gotten an estimate to repair our vehicle on March 18 2024. We finally received Authorization to have the vehicle repaired on April 10 2024. When our vehicle was considered a total loss, no one from Farm Bureau contacted us that our vehicle was deemed a total loss. Throughout this entire fiasco Farm Bureau people are extremely hard to contact to find out any information concerning the claim. It is now May 21 2024 still having trouble contacting Farm Bureau about our claim for final restitution.

      I filed an initial complaint on 12/6/23 with no response, and the issue remaining unresolved. We had a major fire loss mid June 2019. The adjuster came out a few days after the fire, to access the damage, asked us to sign something we didn't understand, so we refused to sign. Farm Bureau recommended that we use a fire restoration company they contracted with to restore our soft items (clothes, shoes, purses linens...), to which we agreed. The company came out and collected, inventoried, and took many of our belongings to be refurbished. We made a decision not to use their contractors for repairs. When we chose to select our own contractors for repairs, Farm Bureau, for some reason, decided that the fire restoration service was no longer an option, and required that we make arrangements to retrieve our items from the restoration company. The items taken to he refurbished were enough to fill 2 moving vans. Following this, there were approximately 9 months of formalities (fire investigation, deposition, meetings with Farm Bureaus legal representatives). With the exception of a small payment of less than 4K made in July 2019, no further funds were released by Farm Bureau until March of 2020, days before everything shut down due to covid. Repairs on our home were at a standstill, due to many contractors lacking the labor force needed, because of Covid infections amongst employees. Work began late 2021. This is when they stopped releasing funds. They've been stalling with multiple requests for information that has been sent multiple times, not answering calls, saying a check is "in the mail", & other stall tactics. I've been displaced for 4.5 years now. This is unacceptable. The longer it takes to get funds, the more repair cost increase. I own my home; no liens. Any funds, no matter what they are being utilized for, are rightfully mine. I am the only person whose interest should be being protected; which means I shouldn't have been displaced this long.

      I was hit by a car on my moped here on Maui, full admission of guilt by the driver and this company jerked me around, played games, basically ruining my life for 8 months. The adjusters name is *****************, he even totally illegally brought my ethnicity into account regarding how he would handle my case. It is my understanding ************** is not a native Hawaiian as if that had anything to do with the legal aspects of the case. There are anti discrimination laws in place to make sure everyone is treated fairly. I still have the email and was forced to settle for less than I deserved for my own financial future. God help the next Person ***************** is assigned to.
