    Lawn Ranger billed me for services performed on 9/10/24. I paid this invoice in the amount of ***** by Venmo on 11/21/24. They also billed me for services performed 10/24/24. To my knowledge, they did not come to my house. There was no marker left in my grass. I feel like they are billing me for something that was not done. I have attempted multiple times to contact them by phone message, text and email to question this invoice. No one will respond to me. I had also asked that they discontinue my service for the upcoming year. They have already come to my house twice this year. I feel like I have no recourse. I am happy to pay for the two times they came this year. But If I pay, it will be applied to the 2024 billing. Please advise.

    While they have mowed for me for a few years, they stopped showing up in June. I called repeatedly, left numerous messages - they NEVER answer the phone or return a call. Finally, I gave them an ultimatum. I told them (in a message) in early July they had to mow that week, or be fired. Nothing. I called again, left another message telling them to 'mow today or tomorrow, or never again.' No response, no mowing. I went on their website and filled out the form for a quote telling them in no uncertain terns to never mow my yard again. They billed me for mowing in August., which they did not do, I left another message, telling them I would not be paying it since it wasn't done and to leave me alone. Then a couple weeks ago, they showed up and mowed while I was at work, so I couldn't stop them. They did the same thing to a neighbor. I called and left another message telling them I would not pay for that, and they were not to mow again, ever.
