    On June 14th, 2023 we paid $3105 to Zaran Tech for the *** S/4 HANA ********* 2021 online training course. This payment was made by my employer ********************* Corporation. This training was supposed to be for me and another colleague named *************. The class was supposed to be 40 hours.After the class started the first trainer didn't show up for the next class. We went through one trainer after another but the class never progressed passed the second class for each trainer. After 45 days without any progress Zaran Tech agreed to refund the payment but are yet to do so. This was on August 28th, when we were told that we would receive the refund in 7 business days. I have sent countless messages to the finance team but I'm yet to receive the refund.I have attached the invoice that we received and the payment that was made by our employer.The Training Coordinator's name is *******.
