    Knapp properties is nothing less than the epitome of disgusting corporate greed attempting to illegally ***** renters with unspecified charges on their monthly billing statements that are disguised as a "billing fee" or "other utility" fees, taking advantage of those who may not fully understand their rights. Knapp Properties should be investigated and forced to pay back these egregious fees as well as penalized for their crimes. Shame on a "respected" local company for being outright thieves!

    Knapp Properties prides itself on being a leader in the Iowa real estate community when it comes to ethics, integrity, and best practices for our residential and commercial properties. All fees charged to tenants should be clearly stated in the residential lease signed and agreed to by the tenant. If a tenant reaches out to us, our property management team prides itself on reviewing and explaining all relevant fees in the hopes that we will have a satisfied tenant for life.  We will examine this specific complaint like we do all complaints and work with this specific tenant to find a resolution that is consistent with the lease terms and our values.
