    If I could give zero stars I would. I have lived in a Sanav property home for 2 years now and I cant wait to leave. The management was great when we were moving in but as soon as we signed our lease they cut all communication with us. Never returned a phone call or responded to an email. The constant construction in the complex led to my vehicle having 2 flat tires to which they never responded to my concerns about. The DR ****** homes were cheaply made as well. The siding was an inch short all around the house, the garage drywall had muddy boot tracks all over it from the construction workers, the paint around the outlets, and the light switches and touch up spots didnt match the rest of the paint. The only email I received from the property management during my time here was to tell me my trash can had been left out too long. Im sure I wont get any of my deposit back as well knowing the reputation of this place. DO NOT LIVE HERE

    Initially set to tour after returning from ***** and was met with pressure to sign the lease sight unseen. After confirming the initial agreement to wait until in person walk through was told another couple wanted the unit and I should sign the contract. Gave them an ultimatum to either stop pressing me to sign before the in person inspection, they agreed. Today received an email to sign before contract expires. I called and had them remove me from the site. I am a professional adult that would not cave to the pressure but I can see that a young couple or first time young adult would be pressured. Please be careful with this company.

    Wonderful experience with Sanav. Responsive to emails with guidance and assistance quickly. Maintenance requests resolved in reasonable length of time. Have had zero issues

    Sanav Property management holds true to their reputation. We rented a new home from them this previous year. At lease end we requested a in person check out with management. She met with us, looked at the property and stated it looked great. Carpets had been cleaned house was in perfect order. After having to ask several times about deposit refund, always telling me its in the mail. Almost a month late per requirement of their lease agreement it finally shows up and lo and behold its $250 short. Stating touch up paint in bedroom. Nail holes was their reasoning. Being a temporary residence we never put a single nail in the wall, maybe a thumb tac or two. We were allowed normal wear and tear per the lease. I asked for clarification on what normal wear and tear is? Radio silence when you ask them questions. Like I said before, we had a in person check out and was told residence was perfect!! If you have any other choice use someone else for your rental needs or you will end up with the same result.

    My children rented a house from this company in ****** if 5th St NE and they are giving them a very small fraction of their deposits back because of a few things left behind like barstools and deducted them hundreds of dollars, they are charging them for paint, which was normal wear n tear, and that's in contract. For the lawn being mowed less than a week before. I clean houses for a living and I cleaned the entire house when they moved out and this is absurd. Don't trust getting your deposit back. They look for any excuse.

    As others have noted here and in alignment with everyone *** encountered who has worked with Sanavthis company is a joke. ***** was extremely friendly at the property showing, but the phony niceties ended the second I signed the lease and provided my deposit. To provide just a few examples of their complete incompetency:The carpet in my unit was well past needing replaced. I was told at the showing that it would be shampooed before my move in. I arrive on my possession day and not only had it not been shampooed, it hadnt even been vacuumed. Were talking visible trash scattered all throughout the unit and on top of this, the upstairs reeked of cigarette smoke.In every single other rental experience Ive had, the property manager will provide some basic information as to who the utility provider is, what internet provider services the area, when trash is picked up, where the mailbox is, etc. Absolutely nothing from Sanav. Because my questions were either entirely ignored or met with annoyance, I spent literally days trying to get internet connected, had to ask others in the neighborhood about the trash situation, and play detective with **** about where to retrieve my mail.And then the icing on the cake. After ** moved out at the final walkthrough, ***** was impressed by the state of the unit and said that it looked like I hadnt even been here. She explicitly said that there was no reason why I shouldnt receive my whole deposit back. When I received my check (late by the way) it was short $300 for touchup paint. No surprise, no response to my questions about it.I was a model tenantpaid rent early every single month and left the unit in better condition than I received it in. What an absolute joke that the core values of this company are integrity, superlative performance, and respect as I witnessed none of that. Save yourself the hassle and use a real property management company.

    I recently relocated some family due to some extremely unfortunate circumstances. Insurance has taken care of a great deal for my relatives and in the process they found a rental with Sanav Properties. The space is okay but the customer service is simply despicable. Knowing that we just dealt with a tragedy, one would think that the landlords would have some sympathy, compassion or even basic kindness. Unfortunately, that is not the case with this organization. Sanav has been very sharp on the phone when asking about service for a broken appliance. They have been verbally rude when asking about extending the wait time for contractors working on the space to make it handicapped accessible (simple front step railings should have been in place anyway). When asked about services around the area they respond with “We don’t do that,” offering no suggestions. And regarding the rental contract, they refused to make any accommodations for an elderly couple struggling to digitally sign documents (they also refused to mail a copy of the agreement). All in all I would discourage anyone from working with this organization. They only want your $$ and then they want nothing to do with you and treat you like a bother. I am appalled that this company can maintain any sort of business with the reprehensible customer service they provide with Sahithi at the helm. -A vey disappointed customer
