These guys are the worst. There's so much to write from just having them be our property manager for a couple months. The worst though was when our heater broke when it was 5 degrees, that wasn't even the feels like temperature. They sent the heating guy to the wrong address so nobody came that day.

My husband and I were looking for a home in Sept I applied for one with Top Shelf and was told by the front desk recipients we was the first applicant for that townhome on Bell Ave and that the leasing agent Melissa was just busy with opening houses and to expect a call back that day..we was never contacted back with any follow ups. I had to call every other day just to be told finally the home was already rented out which took a week to even be told that when I called in. Then I opted for something else because we’re told they had other homes we can look at and that also we were already approved to look at new homes. So it took a while to sort out what home we wanted to go with but we kept in contact with them and we decided to go with another townhome on Beverly Drive. We sent everything she needed from us to update it and send it through officially a few days later after waiting to hear back because we were excited ready to move and with deposit and rent ready. We don’t hear anything back. So at this point we are iterated because we feel scammed out of application fees. So I call up there to speak with the owner Mike and explained what been happening and Melissa been leaving work to go to her kids games that was her excuses he said he will speak to her and call us back never got a callback. I called the following day to just ask for my application fees because they were truly unprofessional and etc. And Melissa didn’t answer but the front desk lady did and she said Melissa was in office but she can see what’s going on and call back. Few mins later we get a call saying we are denied and that we can’t get our application fee back!! And that we will receive something in the mail explaining why ..it been a few weeks and never got anything so I called the owner and he was lost like he doesn’t know nothing her was supposed to call me back and explain the issue and fix it that’s been a week ago and the house is still available for rent so they are scamming people.
