    I signed up for the recycling service and never received the bags. I found out by building provides recycling anyway, so I called them to cancel the service and get a full refund as I had never received the bags and no service was preformed. I was told that could not be done over the phone and I would need to contact them by email: **************************** I emailed that email and was refunded $170. The $50 for the bags/first month and $40 for the consecutive months. They did not email me back to let me know it was processed and did not call. I had also asked in my email for my card to be take off file. It was not I have been charged $40 every month for about a year. I have emailed multiple times for this to be resolved. My emails have never been answered. I tried calling again and I was told the billing email is no longer monitored, so I would need to email ******************************* and the person on the phone said they would email me back on Monday. I have still not been contacted by them and no refund has been issued. In my last email I said I would give them another week and if I had not heard back I would go to the BBB.
