My roof had extensive hail damage. Anthony provided excellent communication throughout scheduling and my roof replacement. I had also found a sag in my roof which needed to be repaired. The repair was effectively completed and was cost efficient. Romero supervised the project well and provided excellent cleanup. Great experience!

?My roof suffered extensive hail damage on 8-19-22 in West Des Moines), after which, my daughter, who had very exceptional roof replacement and service by Advanced Roofing & Exteriors herself in Ankeny due to storm damage a few years ago, contacted Manager Anthony Pleskys of Advanced on 8-20-22 (Saturday) to request a roof estimate for me when he could fit it in. Anthony came out to inspect my roof that SAME day...followed by meeting with my claims adjuster the next week, and started the roof replacement very soon after receiving the insurance claim approval, despite the 100 or better homeowners in the area that suffered similar roof damage. Anthony had left with me a list of addresses in my area where roof replacement was done by his company in preceding months so that I could compare shingles from the sample shingle catalogue that he left me, with roof replacements done in my area by his company. That made my final shingle selection easier. The replacement was done quickly but with all the necessary attention to detail, quality of work done, and final appearance and conclusion. The on site supervisor, Ramiro, was likewise attentive to detail, quality of work done, and finally to the clean-up of the grounds, not leaving any nail or trash behind as he and co-workers swept the grounds visually and with an elongated magnet bar affixed to the base of a long pole for stray nails.
More briefly if I may here, should I need any roof or exterior services in the future, I will not shop around, as I did not for this unexpected project, and I will call upon Advanced Roofing & Exteriors for the new project with all the confidence and assurance that I will receive MORE than I am paying for. If I could rate Advanced Roofing & Exteriors with 10 stars, not just the 5 made available, I would honestly do so.Advanced Roofing & Exteriors

Anthony kept in touch with us through our hail repairs at every turn.
So his communication was excellent.
The work was done perfectly.
He worked with our insurance company which was moving very slowly at times.
