    On May 29, 2024 we purchased a walk in bath tub/shower unit, surround and vinyl flooring. The salesman described the tub unit as custom built. On June 3, 2024 a second representative came to our home to take exact measurements necessary to build and install the unit. On June 24 and 25, 2024 two men installed the unit, surround and flooring. On July ****** I discussed numerous concerns and dissatisfaction with the product we received with the salesman. He said he would discuss the problems with the owner of the company. I heard nothing more from the salesman or the company. On July ******* I wrote a detailed letter to the owner of the company, mailed it registered with a return receipt. A few days after receiving the return receipt I received a voice mail on July 22, *********************************************************** the voice mail he said he would get back to me and set up a time to deal with the problems and get things fixed. Not receiving any further contact from the company I wrote a second letter on July 31, 2024 suggesting we resolve the issues by having them remove the tub and negotiating a mutually agreed to refund. Once again I mailed the letter registered with a return receipt. On August 12, 2024 I discovered the letter had been forwarded but the post office would not disclose the forwarded address. I called the company and got only an opportunity to leave a voice mail. I left a voice mail message and requested the current mailing address for the company. I got no response. On August 1****** i sent another registered letter to an address from the internet, D.C. Associates, *******************************************. Today, August 22, 2024, I received that letter back with a statement saying it was not deliverable. According to the **** tracking system the letter mailed on July ******* has not yet been delivered. Assistance to resolve this situation would be appreciated.

    On June 27, 2023, ***** came to my home because I had inquired about rebuilding my garage. At that time he told me he could build me a 24 x 24 garage and an 11x12 ft deck. for ******. Then I did not hear from him again until October 5, 2023 at this time he told me that he would only be able to build me a 16x24 and he also wrote out another contract stating that. The price did not change but I lost 8 feet. So he gave me an 18x24 garage with a 16 ft door I informed him that would not work because I have a **** Explorer and a Town and Chrysler van and I was expecting a two-car garage. I called the bank that was financing and found that DC Associates had accessed the whole ****** without starting the job. If I signed something saying that was ok I did not know it. Here it is November 22, 2023, and my pole barn shell is still not complete. The ***************** is cool but this is ****** I have to pay back and I am not satisfied and did not get what I was promised. No money has been paid because I called the bank and explained what the company had done and so they credited my account the ******.

    I had this indoor tub installed on 11-9-22. The gentleman worked on it 2 days. I got in the tub and my water heater was under the limit to the tub. It was warm water but not hot. It&#**;s got a jet which is air and a hydro which is a dial to determine how strong you want the air. The jet blows ice cold air. They said they had a lot of heaters that they had to replace. No one replaced the jet. The water is warm, the jet blows cold air all the time. We called them over 16 times and said they will send a representative out but nothing ever happens. We called the manufacturer and they said the jet should be the temperature of the water. They gave me the runaround. It&#**;s been three months and we installed a larger water heater, the bath water is hot and the jet blows cold.

    I have spoken to the spanglers 10 + times and had the manufacturer talk to her also. We told them every time it does not blow hot air. It just blows air.....  air sometimes is cold.
