    I have received repeated phone calls from Renewal by Andersen. I have asked to be put on their Do Not Call list, and I have continued to receive phone calls. I have blocked phone numbers and have gotten phone calls from different numbers. I again asked to be placed on their Do Not Call list and am now receiving emails from them.

    On behalf of the Renewal team in Des Moines I would like to apologize for the continued phone calls.  Upon receiving the complaint we checked our call center records and did see the agent had put the phone number on the do not contact list.  We have since taken the additional action of quarantining the customer record so it won't be used any any future advertising campaigns and verified that the call center sees the record as a no contact number.
