    June, 2024: Bid / contract accepted Paid: $ ****** total to him Approximately $20,000 of the work has not been completed.Committed to do:1. Siding 2. Gutters 3. Facia 4. Soffit 5. Porch 6. Window and door wraps 7. Windows 8. Cleanup Wrote a check on July 1, ********************** the amount of $ *********************************************************************** three weeks.He did not show up to work until 2 months later.He started my siding, facia, soffit, and gutters and did not complete any of the above except for the soffit.He tore my porch completely off and left it.He did not wrap any of my windows.He never ordered my windows that I paid him $6500 on July 1, 24.He left a complete mess in my backyard of misc. supplies that he used.After the last payment that I made to him October 10, 24, he never came back.I have contacted him many times with no response.The only response received in October/ first week of November was him telling me when he would be working to finish up my home, which he never ********* response from him since November 12, ****** my siding is rippling and contacted him on 5/2/25 with no response.He also told me on several different occasions that he had all of my supplies including windows and everything was paid for.
