      This company is supposed to be there for their clients but theybe been horrible to my daughter. They refuse to listen to her or me about anything! And some of their employees have had to work double shifts and even triple shifts ! Also sometimes there is one staff that has to run between two houses! Plus the home that my daughter is in has a woman that cant walk by herself and cant speak or even sign to let the staff know what she needs or wants and its hard on them because she is very high maintenance so the other clients usually get neglected !

      I currently work at this company, i am very displeased with the level of drama that has been happening at the ********** region of this company. The **** talks so much c*** about her own staff. There has been a horrible amount of favouritism going on. i am very upset about nothing being done about how much c*** this region is getting away with, i am very disappointed about the level of unprofessionalism in this region, we are caretakers who deal with very aggressive behaviors/, we are supposed to be able to rely on our bosses for support, however staff has to call them many many many times before they answer, and when they do answer they get annoyed for being bothered. it's not ok. i used to love this job. but anymore I don't even want to go into work. our mental health suffers because of this job and the office doesn't really seem to care that much. there are staff that pull 80 hours in a week because they hire people who don't show up for their shifts but keep them on anyway. but if a hard working staff requests a vacation they get denied, however if someone who doesn't seem to care requests a vacation it gets approved. if you choose to work here be ready to pull 80 hour weeks and not hardly be home. this job is not for the faint of heart, we deal with verbal, mental and physical abuse on a daily basis. this job is very hard and very taxing.
