    I ordered ten flower pots. After several days I received an email saying three were sent out. After another week went by I contacted there online customer service about my order. They said they were looking at some other locations for the rest of my order but it would be sent out in the next day. Another week past and no order. I received an email saying my order was cancelled due to them not having the rest of my order. I sent an email to them saying I never received the three that they sent. They replied saying it was delivered and showed me the tracking and an image of the delivery to a place in ****. I live in *******. When I told them this they told me to contact *****. ***** said that the shipper changed the address the day after it shipped and I was supplied with a reference number and the date and time it happened. When I sent this information to the company, they responded saying that it showed delivered on their end and has refused to address the problem within their company. They have very bad customer service. They just refuse to make it right.

    Here is the reply I sent after a second order cancellation. I won't shop there anymore and I bet they go under; enough said.I have ordered two different items from ********* online ever. BOTH have been canceled just like this. I do not know how management and inventory specialists hang on to their jobs.I have never seen a company this large be so ****** up. You should all look in the mirror and laugh, then file chapter 7 because that is where your business is going.R/very satisfied customer

    At store level for instock merchandise is a 5 star. When trying to purchase a delivery and dealing with corportate offices-****-replenishment team lead-not available *******-purchasing-not available *******************'s supervisor-out on maternity leave ****************'s supervisor-sent to voicemail with no identification of who message is being left with.Telephoned to request ****'s supervisor-was sent to voicemail to leave a message Is Coastal now a shill company?I am now voting with my feet and taking my money elsewhere.
