Transaction date: 11/16/24 Total Paid: $92.40 Type of vehicle: 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Location: *****, ***** Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told the rotation would be $20. There was nothing said about a 'winter' tire rotation price. On checking my receipt, I was charged for 6 lugs/large tires for $39.99. My tires are 5 lugs/standard equipment, size 225/75/16.When I called, I was told it was the winter tire price. That isn't what my receipt says. When put on hold for the manager, they hung up.Some days later the owner left a message for me. I returned his call the next day. He wasn't there, I left a message that I was returning his call and have not heard from him. Today's date: 12/1/24 I am only asking for a refund of the overcharge amount of the tire rotation.
