    I took my car in for a oil change and new air filter and got antifreeze put in too and they didn't tighten the coolant cap and caused it to over heat and it caused water pump, serpentine belt and timing belt all to go out but they deny it and swear they tightened the cap but all they did was show me the dipstick of oil then closed my hood and once this happened my mechanic noticed the cap was loose and jiffy lube was last one to touch it before then.

    ***** ******** no Longer Owns this business I was purchased in 2022 by The ****************. That is why I did not respond sooner the manager of the Store put letter in tray because it was Addressed to ***** ********. I apologize for the delay; it was not intentional.

    The customer in question brought her 2008 Dodge Charger in for a Service on 04/14/2025 We changed the engine oil and oil filter, installed an Air Filter and added coolant to the cooling system. There were numerous leaks underneath the engine. A couple of days later the customer called me and told me that we had left the radiator cap loose and the coolant had leaked out causing damage to the Timing Belt, and the Water pump. I talked with the mechanic, and he informed me that the water pump was leaking and the timing belt was shredded, which had nothing to do with what we did. I feel bad for the customer, but her vehicle had ****** miles on it. Thank you for letting me respond you can call me at ************.     This is ******** ****** the reason I rejected the business response is cause only thing leaking on my car was power steering nothing else and if there was any leak or wear and tear that they noticed why didn't they tell me if they noticed there obviously just trying to cover up there mess up with false stuff.they failed to tighten the coolant cap and it caused car to overheat and water pump to leak cause of it and caused the other things I said to go to because of it my mechanic even said too that was the cause
