    Our washer has been out of service for over 2 months. We have a warranty from whirlpool who uses Mr. ********************** to take care of these warranties. Our first appointment was the 22nd of September 2022. The technician diagnosed our washer and told us they would get the part ordered. Weeks passed and we still had not heard anything from Mr. *********************** We tried calling and leaving voicemails and no response. Finally after weeks they get back to us only to tell us the parts we need are out of stock. Almost an entire month goes by and we still have no updates and no resolution to where our parts are. We called whirlpool directly to see if we could get some resolution from them. They reached out to Mr ********************** and pulled our tech summary only to find out Mr. ********************** never even ordered our part. Whirlpool was kind enough to get those parts expedited within the week. However, once the part arrived the technician came back a second time to fix our washer, only this time he told us another part was broken and needed to also be fixed. We have spent the last week trying to get ahold of Mr. ********************** but once again, no response. They finally got back to us today after a week only to tell us once again the new part we need is out of order. The technician did not diagnose our washer properly the first time, if he did we would have been able to get the proper parts ordered the first time. Now we are going to have to wait who knows how long because Mr. ********************** once again is being unhelpful and cannot provide dates on when we can expect things. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences with a company, and they have been very unhelpful all around in every aspect.

    November our microwave malfunctioned. Called Thermidorian they recommend we have Mr ********************** Blackfoot repair. We did. They came and accessed charged $250. Came back 3 weeks later replaced part. Called week later said not under warranty. Microwave malfunction middle of nov. called December that said they would not return until I paid ****. I asked what is owed she would not tell me just told me to pay. I asked 5 times what was owed. She would not tell me. Asked for accounting I had to call back. Account answered and told me to pay ****. I asked amount. She would not tell me after 3 times finally told me $980 That our microwave worked for at least 2 days so it was repaired they would not return until we paid. I asked to have a bill sent she said she called and left a message earlier that they had come in good faith and I needed to pay my bill. I again asked to have an itemized bill sent to me she refused saying I just needed to pay the bill if $980 for repairs. That my microwave was repaired. Crazy!!! I finally asked to have the owner call me and hung up as she was just repeating herself over and over. This happened December 2. We would have never spent $980 to repair the microwave. It didnt cost that much. I found out it was out of warranty on the 1 st of December. But regardless I should be able to get a itemized bill. And dont understand why a bill would be ****** nor why they will not return to make the repairs goid

    In August of 2022 our refrigerator that was under warranty quit cooling. The business was notified by ****************** to come fix it. 2+ weeks later, they sent a repairman. The repairman stated "this is too new of a unit, I don't know how to fix this. I'll have to order a part and come back." He was there less than 15 minutes. 2+ weeks later, they sent out another repairman who also could not figure out what was wrong with it because it was a "sealed unit". They were there less than 15 minutes. I called ****************** again and they offered us a loaner and took the unit to their store for repairs. In OCTOBER we got our unit back and the ice maker did not work. I called Mr. ********************** and they asked if I had turned it on. Seriously. So, another repairman from another company was sent out in NOVEMBER. Mr. ********************** had failed to plug in the ice maker, which requires the ice making unit to be removed. They LIED on several occasions both to us, and to ****************** about what had been done. We are out hundreds of dollars in livestock medicine, spoiled food, etc. Their service technicians and their office staff are not only dishonest, but horribly rude!
