We've been working with On Time Sports over the last few years at our high school. Their consistency, customer service, and communication has made it an easy decision to continue working with them each year. It really is a no-brainer with this company!

As a high school athletic director, On Time Sports has been the best connection I have made. They literally do all the work for us and then send us a check along with t-shirts to pass out. The verify what the shirts will look like and allow us to make modification if something doesn't look right. The funds they help bring in because of the sponsors they find help to provide new equipment and uniforms for my sports teams. When I am pulled in many different directions, I can count on the people of On Time Sports to get the job done for our school. I have appreciated their professional business and partnership over the years ! I highly suggest you use themOn Time Sports

On Time Sports has been an amazing company for our school to work with! They have been extremely professional and have always gotten back with me right away whenever I have had a question or needed something. They are very timely and get t-shirts out to our school far in advance of when they have been expected. I have enjoyed working with ******* and **** as they have been super easy to work with and have been very polite and courteous! On Time Sports has been great to work with for the past few years. They help secure sponsors for us to go on the t-shirts that they send us. We receive the shirts in a timely fashion and we use them to hand out to students who need shirts and at games and events throughout the year!On Time Sports

Towards the end of 2023 I received a call from On Time Sports for my business. After having me speak to a million different people and asking me to sponsor a school, I said okay. Little did they tell me they were putting me under contract for something I didnt even have time to research. My husband I paid the first installment. Then when I reached out to the school I was supposedly sponsoring they had me talk to several people who said they had no idea what I was paying for and to stop advertising thru On Time Sports. I then reached out several times telling them I didnt want to do Spring 2024 or Winter 2025. I told them in plenty of advancement. Then to top it off we decided to go out of business due to personal reasons. When I told the thousands of people at the company who harass through email, phone, and mail they told me tough luck. I had no problem supporting a local-ish school until the school clearly talked to several people who had no idea what I was talking about. Now, I get harassed constantly. I do have a problem with the harassment and no willingness to listen to someone who doesnt want to advertise a business that is no longer in business. Also, find it pretty scammy that a business has a thousand different people call and email you to help you or double authenticate their contract you have no idea about until its too late. Stay away or you will never hear the end of it.On Time Sports

I apologize for any miscommunication that *** have happened at the point of sale. We inform customers that this is a commitment and of our cancellation policy at the time of agreement. We want every customer to feel comfortable with the project. A lot of customers call the school and don't know that we have a main point of contact. If you would like to give us a call at ************, one of our Account Managers would be more than happy to provide our contract.
We are in no way trying to harass you. We provided a product on your behalf and are trying to resolve the situation.

I've worked with OTP for a couple years advertising with one of our local high schools. They are always prompt and professional - I never feel harassed or bothered by them. I will continue to work with them.On Time Sports

This company has harassed me for almost 4 years. Never explained it was a contract or a window of cancellation. This was in 2020 when the schools shut down a week later after talking to them. Both parties must understand it is a verbal contract, in order for it to be a contract. They stole my logo off my website, which is copy writing. They did not have my permission. Told them lets take it to court or otherwise stop harassing me and my company. They will not produce any recordings. Never talk to this company because you will never be left alone.On Time Sports

On May 22nd, 2020, you agreed to be a sponsor for your local High School's game day t-shirts. Schools had already been shut down at that time as most had done so in February-March. We still produced the shirts for the school to raise money. I see you are not disputing that you agreed to this, but that you were not told a window of cancellation. Our cancellation policy is printed boldly on the bottom of the invoice. At the point of sale, you went through a two-step verification process where a manager got on the phone to confirm you wanted to participate in the project. They also went over the outline of your ad, where you permitted us to use your logo. At this time, we have produced the product on your behalf. We do our best to resolve these issues in-house.
I am very sorry that you were not pleased with your experience. We are always more than happy to help with payments to get the account resolved.
