Recently ordered a large rifle primers from this website. Never received a confirmation email, tracking number or the product I ordered. Paid through pay pal. As far as I know, I was scammed. The online store looks legit, but now I have a felling it is not.Initial Complaint

We ordered some Reloading Supplies from this company. It said they had them in stock, and we went ahead with the order. They would only take Venmo, ***** and a couple other forms of payment. So I set up a Venmo account so we could get these supplies, as no one else around has anything in stock. I was Chatting with the person about the payment details on a chat, he sent me his Venmo information so I could pay him. **************** was the name he gave me. Venmo Username: @brain-Lacey-34, Last 4 digits: ****. My order number was *****, for the amount of ****** on Oct. 18, 2022. The cell phone number I was texting him on is: **************. Once I got my payment to go through to him, he stopped all communications, and I went on their website to check on my order, and he cancelled it. Hello,I placed an order for gun powder with Reloads World on June 22, 2022 (ORDER NO: ****) and paid via Zelle. Website states order is processing (I provided a current picture of website dated 9/20/2022). Nearly 3 MONTHS LATER, I never received my merchandise or refund. I called, texted, emailed, and wrote inquiries through their website. NO RESPONSE. BANK WILL NOT REIMBURSE ME FOR $229.78 **** of payment). I asked for my merchandise and then a refund. No response.MUST BE A SCAM. Company phone number for Reload World listed on the BBB website rejects my calls. I left messages/texts on website phone number. **************, and phone number that sent me demand for payment information ************. I placed an online order for reloading supplies. I received no invoice, but an email stating that all future communication would be via texts to a phone number. My order total was $202 (order #****). I paid that amount via Zelle with my bank. The business wanted a confirmation of the payment transaction. I sent a screen shot of the transaction. Later I received a text that the order is on hold until I pay for insurance on the order ($250). I wrote back that I have never had to pay for insurance on similar items ordered from other companies. They said the order was on hold because I had to pay the insurance. I told them I was not going to pay the insurance and so I wanted a refund for the order. They said they could not refund me because the order was already sent. I said if the order is already sent then I don't have to pay the insurance. They said, no, the order is on hold. I said I wanted a refund. They will not refund me. I have not received the order. And now they will not communicate with me via email, phone text, phone call. I am out $202 and have no way to recover it. I did a ***** dispute, but they said they could not help me because it was an approved transaction. I ordered from this company on 17 August 2022. We had several failed attempts on transferring money through Zelle to their cashiers they provided. On third cashier transfer went through, received an e-mail stating payment was received. I have not heard anything from this company since. I have e-mailed, called (no answer, and left voice message), and have chatted on website with no response to anything. I ordered $189.54 worth of goods on July 19, 2022. I was asked to make payment via Zelle. The website states order will be processed between 2 and 5 days. Oder # ****, states "in process". It has been since July 19th. I have texted, emailed, called multiple times and I have been ignored since. No communication from them. I finally contacted the person who accepted the money via email. She is a work at home mom, and has been scammed herself. She says this company is fraudulant, once she sends the money, they cancel any form of communication with her and she has had to be responsible for returning payment from her own funds, causing great financial distress for her and her family. This company is using a Federal Firearms License (listed on their website) under the name of **************************** (I searched the *** number and found the name), so I am attempting to contact ATF also. I placed an order for smokeless powder on 15 Aug 2022, for ($216.18), they had me send money to ******************** through Zelle. I tried calling the next day 16 Aug 2022, the phone number listed ***********), it was disconnected. I tried the 24/7 chat box; I got no response. I finely emailed ******************************** and asked if they received the money. they replied yes. 17 Aug 2022 retried the chat thing on the web page, no response. I emailed the sales link and asked when I can expect the shipment, they responded as soon as possible. 23 Aug 2022 I tried calling the phone number and got a recording to live my name and they will transfer me; I received no answer. I left a message through the email link stating that their web page says 2-5 days processing time, no response. 24 Aug 2022, I tried calling twice it just rang after the transfer. I emailed several times and received no response. I emailed the sales link and asked for a refund, no response, I left an email at the Kiearr22 email asking for a refund and have not received a response.Initial Complaint

Products ordered online, paid following procedure provided by customer service. Confirmation of payment provided. Order number provided by customer service. Advertised processing 2-5 business days. After 5 days, no order found in their tracking system. Contacted customer service, after providing information, customer service ended communication, and has not responded to subsequent attempts via their chat service, email, text, or telephone. Two requests to cancel the order and refund my payment were declined.
