    I have made several attempts to contact management and maintenances to have our unit D305s air conditioning fixed. The **** blows hot air and the temperatures reach over 87 degrees Fahrenheit. I have attempted resetting the breakers and turning AC down to lowest setting. We cannot get ahold of anyone in management. Ive tried calling and emailing. We got ahold of maintenance one time, they said they would look into it and call an hvac technician. The technician was never called and the air conditioner has not been fixed.

    I rented an apartment at Highland Springs Apartments. My lease was complete on June 4th, 2022. There were no problems reported at the walk through with the manager (*********************************) after I moved out. They have not refunded my deposit. I have made several inquires and have been told multiple reasons for the deposit not yet being returned (request was lost/not filed and my check was returned to the accounting office despite my giving them my correct address three times). I have escalated my concern to the manager regional PM (*******************) and have not received a response from him.
