      Do NOT place your loved ones here! They do not train you whatsoever! Then the admin ******* has favorites. If she knows there is an issue then she refuses to address them unless she gets her two faced team lead **** who likes talking smack about the admin with new staff and making it look like the untrained new staff is causing problems when its them to attack and blind side you and pretend you can go to him for support just so he can talk behind your back and start drama and make it look like its all you and the admin to say it was on camera when its a lie. It is a highly toxic and drama filled environment. They act like they are for you but are looking for you to fail. They dont take responsibility!******* the admin thinks she is hot stuff super unprofessional and unethical in EVERY way. Trying to place responsibility on staff to meet her when she hires you over text and doesnt actually interview you and there is a ton of sabotaging here. She doesnt know how to manage worth c*** and gets super defensive and cant have an actual mature adult conversation without belittling and screaming at her staff and forget getting time off if you are sick or requesting it unless you are her favorite. She will yell and berate you. She is awful. She loves to over work her staff to the point of quitting and has no empathy or care in the world. They love to blind side and team up against you so if you work here be prepared to be attacked by **** and ******* at the same time. Apparently this company loves finding crappy management who cant do their job and abuses residents and fakes documentation to look like residents are refusing care when in reality its the staff that are refusing to care for the residents. Nothing has changed here. Looking forward in contacting state!
