    I'm not one that normally does this, but enough is enough. and I'm sorry it has had to come to this. but...If I could give a 0-star I would. I would never recommend anyone to ever do business with ***************************. We were working with him on a joint business venture with Advent Protection and new builds. Many promises were made. We believe in *****'s plan, paid him a substantial amount of money, and then after a few months have been ignored, blocked, and avoided. ***** is getting involved to hold him accountable for his promises. We've given ***** almost a year to make this work and have multiple emails and text messages from him saying he will make things right with us.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ***************************.

    My home was built with this system just over a year ago and 6 months in 3 of my sensors have stopped working. I have tried calling, emailing and reaching out to the sales rep for help to resolve this issue multiple times with no response. I would never recommend.
