  I began this course prior to Covid. When Covid hit, I was in the middle of it and lost my job. I had to decide in making monthly payments or a place of residency. I called to get assistance and possibly being able to defer the payments during this time. They were NOT helpful as I am sure they were probably losing money as the 'world' was shut down. I think what I took during the time was AMAZING and would love the opportunity to complete the course . Not sure of how that would look, but if you are in a financial position to take the course (as you must pay yourself and there are no grants/loans available), I say go for it!

Although we did offer a wide range of payment arrangements during that time for students going through financial hardship, I understand that you did not find an option that was suitable for you.

  I took multiple courses through HCI and found them to be very valuable. However, when I encountered some medical issues and could no longer pay my tuition, they were disrespectful and unconcerned for my situation. When I asked what would happen if I dont pay (expecting them to explain if there were penalties for a late payment) they accused me of fraud. Considering that they are life and health coaches, the well-being should be their first priority. Instead they obviously dont care and are all in it for the money. Im very dissatisfied with their response and dont recommend them for their costumer service. Some Dream Team.

  I attended multiple courses through HCI and each one was worth every *****. They provide so much wonderful information, so many resources, and theyre constantly improving.The team at HCI, whether its the IT team or their coaching team, is absolutely fabulous. So many lovely people and they are truly kind and helpful in every interaction.I did a lot of research before choosing a coaching program, and I am so thrilled I went with my gut and chose HCI.Please be sure to familiarize yourself with the time frame for each course (ex, how long you have to complete the course), the average weekly time spent, requirements for certification, and other such details regarding the course. If you have any questions or concerns, always reach out to the team because they are more than happy to answer questions and assist students.I started with BHC (Become a Health Coach), which I believe was the perfect choice for me as someone who was brand new to the coaching world. It provides so much to the students, and its easily done at your own pace.Follow your instincts of course, but dont be afraid to check this program out!

  I was impressed from the very start at how easy and simple getting started was . The course is is 5 star when it comes to breaking down the science of a healthy lifestyle a providing notes to be easily accessible but I give it 4 stars due to how difficult it is to get in touch with someone for simple things. The learning hub sometimes locks you out of your next ****** and I can move on until I contact someone. Overall the staff is friendly and they listen and they tried there hardest to provide all the tools for possible questions and if you have more than the FAQs it may take them a while to answer but they always have. I have learned so much and am very grateful to carry this knowledge with me into my career.
