Terrible. Scammers. Usif is a complete liar - irreaponsible and absolutely yhe worat business experience in my 50 yrs of life - I Dropped my phone off for water damage.... they said they thought they could fix it... then didnt keep track of the parts, lost my memory card, lied to me constantly and stopped answering my calls inquiring where it was & when it was expected to be finished... Ran me around from Sept 2023 til March 2024. When i picked up the phone they charged me $79 and said they couldnt find anything.... i took it to another location who said it didnt even look like the inside was my phone at all... there was NO water damage but there were other (different) issues - parts missing, the memory card had a hole in it and was sautered back with piece of epoxy covering it, etc... FixItPro never tracked anything or could account for where the phone was nor report any specific work done on it. They are vague, evasive, and SUPER SKETCHY. I feel they STOLE my phone - maybe taking personal info off etc? Idk.

I had a bad experience with this business. I took my phone in to get my charger assembly replaced, since mine was starting to become loose. I took it in, and they fixed it. It was working great for a few days, but the team at FixItPro also mentioned another part they would replace for no extra cost. I took it back a few days later, got my part replaced, and afterward, my phone was broken. The back of it was bent, the cover was falling off, and it would not connect to my cellular provider. I troubleshooted this issue, and determined that it was the fault of the business. The next day, I took my phone back to FixItPro, and asked them to give me a refund for the 100 dollars I spent fixing it, since although they put the parts in, they broke my phone. They refused to do so, stating that they already installed the parts into the phone. When I asked them to buy my broken phone off me, they only gave me 25 dollars. I would not recommend these guys to anyone. If they came clean, admitted their mistake, and gave me a refund I would be fine with that, but instead, it feels like I had my time wasted, and my money stolen.
