    On July 21, **** I went to the ****************** Mall to get my ******* Galaxy S20 fixed. The front and back were both shattered. It was 3 days old and we knew it would cost a couple hundred dollars to get it fixed. There was one kiosk in the mall that I stopped at. He quoted me $400 to fix it. I told them it was too much and left. I went to another kiosk close by and they quoted me $380 after he asked me what I had already been quoted. I also told them it was too much. After calling around I went back and asked the second kiosk if they could do $350 and he offered $360. I explained that I would have to borrow money, but that I was worried that about it breaking again, and asked if we could do it plus a case for $380 if could borrow more money. They agreed to that so I left my phone. I went back to check on it after the time frame they gave me and he didn't have my phone. I asked where it was and found out that it was at the first kiosk. They were working together to be sneaky and get people's money. So I went to the first kiosk and it wasn't done. After more time I came back, the new screens didn't fit well and they told me to come back if they fell off. They didn't have a case for the phone as agreed, and no one knew who was in charge so I could get a resolution. I was still charged $380 and the camera didn't work by the time I got home. It was a lot of money for nothing. I told them they were running a shady business and I wasn't happy. They didn't care and handed me a business card so I could complain. I left and did not return.
