           I, Nathaniel ******, expressly authorize Action Collection Service, Inc. to communicate directly with BBB on all matters relating to the items as specific in the complaint form and including any debts I am alleged to owe.

           I have filed a complaint with BBB and authorize BBB to release the complaint form and all supporting documents to Action Collection Service, Inc..

      2) Here is the information BBB requested regarding my complaint:


      • I requested the verification of the debt from Action Collection Service, Inc. on 03/18/2025 by  Select one -> Email, and mail.

      • The reason why I believe the alleged debt is NOT valid is:
      • On January 16, 2025 a letter was sent to

      • P.O. box 5425
      •  *****, ID 83705

      • asking for all original documents and requesting all signed contracts by me pertaining to the debt. No response has been received and when I called to see what it would take to get this debt removed they stated that there's additional interest that is due and that I would have to pay it. When I have verbally asked for the documents it has been ignored on multiple occasions and I have been told "you have two options. Settle the debt, or make a payment arrangement. Otherwise we can have this conversation another time." When I have mentioned mailing a letter into them they simply tell me they have received nothing and become agitated/aggressive in talking to me. I do not believe this is my debt because documentation is not being sent to me after request and is being avoided while talking to me on the phone. I do not owe this debt to acrion collection, and I did not sign any contract, or agreement with this company nor should I be held liable by them for any debt.

      I was unaware my $49.00 bill was sent to collections in 2022. I never received anything in the mail either. I was just called on December 30th 2024. This is crazy.

      Action Collection is currently providing the incorrect information to the credit bureaus, such as, incorrect balances. Action Collection has contacted me several times to collect a debt from me and stating I owe over $1,300. The credit bureaus state my balance is currently at $970. It is by federal law they correct this information to the credit bureaus to keep it accurate.It is also federally required under FDCPA that Action Collection provide me all accurate information on the collection they are attempting such as the explanation of where the collection originated and all contracts to connected therein. I would like all contracts to the collection that Action Collection currently has.

      I have paid them over and above the original balance that went to collections and all the interest they still report it as being unpaid it keeps my score low its the only Adverse thing left and it makes it hard to get approved for anything and bc my job as an insurance agent requires that my credit is high and I dont have outstanding debts I have to explain why and show proof I no longer owe etc . I want it to at least say paid in full if they continue to report it Id prefer they remove it as it is paid in full the original debt was ****** I have paid 1635 it is unfair for them to report as unpaid I have tried to talk to them a few times and nothing changes this is affecting the jobs I am able to get and any kind of loan
