      I wish I could leave zero stars. I would not recommend any homeowner doing any business with her as a property manager. She will charge you extra to do her job outside of her contract yet ignore the rental contracts for the benefit of her renters not the property owners who pay her. I was left with unpaid utility bills, urine and f**** left by unapproved animals, and thousands in yard maintenance allowed to be out of control by the property manager. While I paid monthly for mowing and trimming she allowed the renters to ignore their portion of the contract leaving me with property that was unfit to rent in the future. And if you don't like the fact that she will create charges she has no invoices for and take it from your monthly rent. Again renters check her out she's awesome property owners absolutely zero recommendation. And her response to the lack of follow through to the residential contract was well they pay their rent on time so they're exceptional. The rest of the contract rules don't matter. While many things were identified in non-compliance with the contract she failed to follow up with a single ********* when I first started considering her she was with ****** Failed to tell me she quit got fired or whatever but was no longer part of ***** so I no longer had the House of ***** behind me. I found out by stopping at the ***** office just to find out she was no longer there.
