Not so mighty and a lot of bite!Intimidation, over promising to get the job and under delivered. Separate pricing for cash and insurance jobs. They offered to do additional work since it was an insurance claim to get the job and then did none of it. I had to hound them to get the shingles I wanted. Their crew doesnt speak English but when I told ***** and ****** the owner I wasnt happy with the work they said their roofer speaks English. I had to have the home professionally inspected and my inspector communicate the work to get them to bring the job to code standards.As a single woman, the intimidation exhibited by the majority owner, ******, was anything but professional. I wouldnt recommend them. I would think twice before hiring them again and their website is a sham. I asked for the ability to give them a ****** review and they declined. The 1 star review I wrote on their good quality survey was not reported.Ive been in the real industry for 20 years professionally representing buyers and sellers and this was one of the worst experiences Ive ever encountered.**************************, MBA ******* **************

It is common in the roofing industry to have different pricing for insurance claims vs retail work. We initially quoted the roof as a retail replacement. She then informed us that it was being covered by her insurance. When we do work for insurance, we get paid the amount that the insurance company approves. The customer asked us to do additional work on her home outside of the scope of our work covered by her insurance, such as painting her entire house, installing a new vent system for her fireplace, changing doors, work in her kitchen, waiting all day for delivery of her new fireplace, etc. These are services that we do not offer. What she asked us to do would have been considered insurance fraud. We installed the roof as agreed and approved by her insurance.
