9/17/24 $unknown. People saying they was support nurds and my computer had errors. And they was unable to fix them so they would issue me a credit. As they had control of my PC wanted me to log into my bank account so the could credit my account. I don't give anyone that detail especially when they have access to my computer. They informed me the BBB informed them to do the credit via account with them logged in that the paper check refund and just refund my debit card takes too long.I called my bank and they said NO they don't do that to call BBB. I hope I successfully logged them off my computer that holds personal and work information that is private.I don't feel this was a legit situation and want to notify someone to follow up on this.I'm not tech savvy. But others might be scammed worse. I have few more pics of the screen shots for some reasons I felt needed to be taken

Supremo Software called me out of the blue telling me that I was going to be paying $6,800.99 for 60 months of protection. If I wanted to cancel, I would have to pay them $899.99 for the supposed 9 months of use of their services, which I never used. I asked to be connected to their legal department but **************** refused and said I would hear from them within 24 hours. I paid a one-time fee on October 13, 2023 of $329.99 but I thought I was speaking with HP support.

Supremo software company wanted to renew my subscription for my Laptop when I declined earlier. They charged me approximately $400.00, then said they would refund my money and give me their service for free since I was 64. In order to refund the charges they indicated we needed to access my online bank account and they would then do the refund. Then the refund amount went in as an error of $4000 instead of $400, giving me $3600 extra. So computer geek *********************** said I needed to purchase 7 Apple gift cards with $500 each on them and give to them so they can get their money back. I unfortunately spent $3500.00 in Apple gift cards and gave to them where they took $3500.00 without actually giving me a refund of $4000 although it appeared to be deposited in my account. I had a feeling it wasnt right but the geeks downloaded programs before and isnt uncommon for them to use remote access to assist in computer problems. I suspected it wasnt right, contacted the bank and Apple to report. Apple was to stop 1 card and partial money on another. Its a shame they cant trace whos using the cards.
