On Friday 10/13/2023 we paid Jack ****************** CPA $390.00 to complete and file our tax return for 2022.We expected a 100% accurate return for this fee. It was only 50% accurate. On 12/18/2023 as per Jack ****************** employee ************************************* confirmation... I find out there are not only one but two errors.Error # 1: We were told to mail a payment of $2 to the ******************* when in fact we were actually getting a refund of $2 from them.Error # 2: We were advised we would get a refund of $228 from the ************** when in fact the actual refund we got was $72. A difference of $156.00.Due to these errors, and my very valuable time and resources I spent in trying to deal with these errors, we do not expect to pay the full $390.00.Since our tax return was only HALF correct (Federal), we demand HALF of our fee returned to us. We seek a reasonable refund of $195.00 from Jack ****************** CPA.Thank ***************************************** ********************************************************
