    On August 25, 2023, I purchased a sterilizer from Atlas Dental Equipment for $3,118. We received the unit in September, but by March 2024, it stopped working completely; the screen panel remained blank and the machine would not start.We consulted ***** ******, a dental supply and repair company, who diagnosed the issue. They indicated that the sterilizer requires a new cassette seal and likely a replacement for the front screen panel. The estimated repair cost is nearly $2,500, with no guarantee that this will resolve the ********** staff contacted Atlas Dental Equipment to discuss a potential repair, given that the sterilizer functioned for less than six months. Unfortunately, despite assurances that a representative would reach out, I have yet to receive any response.Having already spent $680 on diagnosis and repair, and facing an additional $2,500 in uncertain repairs, I feel this situation is unacceptable. I believe the product may be defective, and I request that this company either repairs the unit, replaced, or provide a refund.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

    It doesnt even say how much credit, and this thing broke less than year.  I just have to let all my colleagues know about the situation and post my reviews so no other dentist can be scammed like me.

    Customer is well outside of a clearly stated 30-day return period that began on August 30, 2023, over 1 year ago. Returns and warranties are shown on product listing page and on the site's "terms and conditions" section, item #1. Additionally, an email is sent showing return policy after payment and again after shipping, (see attachments). Product is not covered by an extended warranty or service agreement, therefore the responsibility of regular maintenance falls to the equipment owner and manufacturer. We offer to work with the customer on a discount credit on their next purchase as an act of goodwill.
