On 23 Aug 2024, I placed Lonecone order #**** for a pair of children's boots. Lonecone sent the wrong size. I corresponded with Lonecone's support department, asking to exchange the boots for the correct size. They sent a return label for the wrong-size boots. I used it to return the boots. They then refunded my order -- without sending the correct size.On 13 Sep 2024, after I discovered what Lonecone had done, I placed order #**** for the same item I asked in #****. I corresponded with Lonecone again about this. They assured me they'd send the right size this time. They didn't. They again sent the same wrong size.On 21 Sep 2024, I again wrote to Lonecone, informing them of the last error, and insisting that they process an exchange. They sent a return label. I used it to return the boots. Based on the label's tracking number (**********************), Lonecone received the return on 30 Sep 2024.And then -- nothing. No correct boots, no refund. That is totally ******** now, I need a refund. I don't want to do business with them anymore. Writing to them is fruitless. They don't honor their word and don't respect my needs as a customer.I attach all the correspondence. Please help. Thank you in advance.
