      Item returned in a new undamaged unused condition in the original merchandise box within the time frame specified in the return policy and following RMA instructions, which their email admits, yet I was charged a restocking fee. Their excuse was that the shipping label was stuck on the merchandise box when there was nothing in the instructions that objected to that or prohibited doing it.

      Hi,  

      I was contacted by the merchant and was offered the requested refund which I accepted, therefore the dispute has been resolved.
