    I never subscribed to this service. I have a recurring charge for this service. I have made multiple attempts and requests to stop being charged and have gotten the worst customer service of all time. Not only will they not provide details as to where and how my card was authorized, they continue to charge me after I requested that they stop! This is unacceptable and with these service ratings I'm now not surprised.

    I am writing to formally complain about ConvertKit's inadequate service and poor customer support, which have severely disrupted my business operations.On June 26, 2023, I prepaid $533.49 for a year of ConvertKits service, expecting reliable email marketing capabilities. However, since May 12th, I have been unable to send a single email from their platform. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue with their support team, it remained unresolved for over two months.Key Points of Complaint:Service Disruption: Despite prepaying for a year of service, I was unable to send any emails for over two months, resulting in loss of potential clients and revenue.Inadequate Support: I was passed between multiple support representatives, each asking for the same information without resolution. There was a lack of coordination and no direct communication to effectively address the problem.Misleading Information: ConvertKits team incorrectly claimed that my domain was not verified. However, my successful use of another platform confirms that the issue is with ConvertKit.Financial Loss: Paying for an unusable service has caused significant financial loss for my business.I have made numerous requests for a resolution, including a step-by-******************* to verify the domain and direct technical support, but these requests have been ignored or inadequately addressed. Despite escalating the issue and expressing the urgency of my situation, ConvertKit has failed to provide a satisfactory solution.As a result, I am requesting a refund for the unused portion of my subscription and compensation for the business losses incurred due to their service failure. This situation has caused significant disruption to my business, affecting my ability to communicate with clients and market effectively.     Hello, I asked Convertkit to change me to the monthly billing program from an annual program at the beginning of January 2024. They have a tiered program based on number of subscribers. They have overcharged me for this billing cycle starting February 15-March 15 and will not credit my **************** for the correct tier amount. I also found the Convertkit's rep to be rude and abrupt...not courteous and professional service. Very abrupt and not helpful.I've been a customer of ********************** for many years now and this is not okay. I have asked nicely for them to credit my AMEX for the correct amount for this billing (as I have had the lower number of subscribers now for at least 3 weeks)...now they continue to charge me for the higher number STILL...This not okay.The Majho (or ********) ************ is the name showing as ******* on the emails regarding this from Convertkit.ConvertKit is not fixing this and is overcharging me and she was abrupt and her tone was dismissive.

    I signed up for their free plan on their website ************************************** Friday August 25 2023 with my email address ********************** I wanted to try their website out, well I don't like it so there is nowhere to delete their website, so contacted help to get it deleted. Seems like their trying to give me a hard time they act like they don't want to delete my info off their data base.
