    This Postal Annex claims to be a ***** drop off. I paid for my ***** label online for overnight delivery. I dropped the envelope off at 5:12pm on Friday 10/28 and was told ***** would pick up the package on Saturday morning and that it would be delivered by noon on Monday to my receiver.When I tracked it the morning of 10/31, it was still sitting at the Postal Annex. When I called to inquire, the person who answered was rude and abrasive. He claimed he had no control over ***** pick up and that it wasn't his problem. When I asked him when it would be picked up (at this point I'm not getting the overnight service I paid for), he said he had no control over when it would be picked up. Horrible customer service. ***** won't help because they can only track it.

    This issue is resolved and we are no longer seeking action from this company. Weve chosen to take our business elsewhere.
