It is totally obnoxious that Phreesia.com peppered me with advertising questions during the mandatory, patient intake process. Phreesia, should be fired from conducting the mandatory patient questionnaire, and violating a patient's right to privacy, and advertising abuse! The medical assistant, during my visit was less than enthusiastic, about performing her duties. The mandatory Phreesia software kicked me out, when I engaged the questionnaire with the cellphone link. I did finally get the Phreesia forms to work, once I used the email link. The total lack of phone contact for hours from **************** practice is unforgivable. When I arrived there today, there were 5 people in the front office, but yet no one could call me back for hours, because I was having Phreesia problems? Your phone tree *****. 5 people in the front office, but no one will answer the phone, except for your very narrow selection of options?!I find that this practice is totally focused on rapid turnover of elderly patients, and not focused on delivering first rate quality, patient care. Also, I find that **************** ****** optimistic timelines, for patient recovery, for his recommended procedures, quite disconcerting. And this is the second ophthalmologist, who emphasized, that in the state of Idaho, you can legally drive with one functional eye, and 20/40 vision. Right! Great advice! With, I-84, 70+ mph, and **********, a nightmare, road construction simultaneously underway, all across the valley, it was so reassuring, to hear, that I was legal to drive, with one functional eye! Because, there are few retina specialists, in the ***************, the population's choices are limited.
