    I timed my order around Proof's purported Father's *** Sale, 25% off. When I tried to use the code, DAD25, it didn't work for me. The original emails I got about the sale on June 13th and June 15th did not say when the sale ended. I was placing the order on Monday, June 19th, the day after Father's ***, which was Sunday, June 18th. As I didn't know when the sale expired I originally thought Monday might be included in the sale. When the code didn't work, I concluded that the sale must have already ended. I placed my order around 1pm on Monday. A couple hours later I got an email that the Father's *** Sale had been EXTENDED an extra day. The subject line of the email was "Father's *** Sale Extended." I've c/ped the email below:------- Original Message -------On Monday, June 19th, 2023 at 2:52 PM, Proof Eyewear <**********************************> wrote:LAST CHANCE FATHERS DAY SALE USE CODE: DAD25 We want all the dads and father figures to feel special, so we extended the 25% OFF Fathers *** Sale ONE more day! Expires tomorrow to so hurry and catch your last chance!No longer want to receive these emails? Unsubscribe.Proof Eyewear ***************************************************** --As you can see, I received this email about the sale being extended on Monday, June 19th. I replied to ********************************** and said the code hadnt worked for my order. I asked if they would honor the sale price for my purchase, as I clearly placed my order within the extended sale window. At first I received no answer so I forwarded the email to ********************************************** I then finally received a response. This company had their Fathers *** Sale Extended email right in front of them and yet refuse to admit they extended it. They claimed the sale ended at the end of the day on Sunday. They refused to honor the 25% discount for my Monday purchase.It's sad that a company that seems to have such a good mission is so dishonest. It makes me question all their claims about their products.

    There was some confusion on when the Father's *** Sale ended amongst 2 of our Team Members. The customer placed her order during a time frame when the original discount code had been discontinued. The code was manually reactivated later in the day when the email was sent out for the extension. The customer contacted us on June 22nd about the issue. The customer had used a code for 20% off on her order and on the morning of June 27th the additional 5% was refunded so that the customer got the same discount that she was hoping to use originally.
