    I had been going to Masha (Luxe Lashes) for a series of weeks getting lash extensions. Each time I went, my lashes did not stay on for longer than 4-6 days. I went back giving her a chance to redeem herself, and was once again left disappointed. For this reason, I did not show to an appointment. She has now been relentlessly harassing me over 108$ fee (not listed anywhere on her website) that im just not comfortable paying. I paid her a good chunk of money each week for a product that was not upholding. I would strongly appreciate if she simply cut her losses, refrain from contacting me further and be informed that harassment is NOT how to conduct business. She has messaged me 6 times on text, 10 times on cash-app, 4 times on *************** once on ********* She did not make me sign any paperwork before she worked on me, and never made it known that I would be charged 108$ for missing an appointment before hand. The appointment that was missed was a Mini Fill listed for 40$ on her website. Now I owe her over 100$? Very misleading. Overall what my purpose is in contacting BBB is to stop being harassed!

    Unfortunately I received 1 cancellation within an hour of her appointment time and 1 no show to which I charge full service price to be provided which is provided in my policies , especially with failure of communication. I communicated with my client that she needed to pay the service fee to which she agreed to before rescheduling her appointment saying she would deposit cash and then send it to me. I checked in with her after 24 hours of no payment sent and didnt get a response or any acknowledgment that she saw any of my messages. She received mega volumes from me and was coming in for a normal fill which is $90 + $10 for color & +$5 for rescheduling her appointment the first time last minute & then a card processing fee on top of that resulting in the $108. I did not harass, I was simply asking for payment on something that was agreed and she was very happy with her lashes after every time she left, so I think the information provided was very misleading & I have not had an experience or issue with any other clients like this before. She openly admits to purposefully not showing up, therefore being in the wrong, especially since I clearly got lied to with the client telling me that she had overslept for a 5pm appt.
