The buyers qualified - but Idaho ********************************************* still came out to look at 3 minor things that needed to be fixed. Almost 2 weeks later, they were forced by the buyers to find out the results. House was fine, but the buyers had to reapply and because one person was 2 hours short o their check - Idaho Housing and Finance made them get a co-signer and wait 7 days or restart and wait another 30 days. Well they have a co-signer and today is 7 days, but guess what no paperwork has been complete. Original singing was March 27th and today is April 7th - horrible company - I would never use them

How is this company rated A+ on BBB when they clearly have issues? The folks that work for the company need to be retrained as they are extremely rude and lie about things they are doing or not doing. I sent something in 2 weeks ago and they did not take any action on it. I called to follow up because I need to move my loan from them (Yes they are that horrible) and need to know what my payoff amount is only for the lead/supervisor to say she needs to follow up with another department. Prior to that, she was already giving me an attitude and lecturing me until i put her in her place. Thank God for tracking my mails to them. They have not been applying my mortgage payments correctly and can't explain where my excess payments is being allocated to. This company is fraud and avoid them at all cost. If you are having issues with them, make sure you report to all regulatory agencies and your attorney general. They need to be exposed so don't give up.
