I hired ******** ****** from The Dirty Dahlia as my wedding florist in 2024. I ordered white and blue hydrangeas from her for my wedding and bridesmaids bouquets, bud vases, and other floral arrangements. I also ordered aisle petals that were ***** **** petals to line the wedding aisle. All of this was listed in a pricing sheet created by her and included in the contract that we signed in November of 2023. On our wedding day we did not receive the florals that we ordered. We did not receive one single white hydrangea (we received only blue hydrangeas) in any bouquet or floral arrangement, and did not get the aisle petals either. We emailed her to reconcile and get a refund on October of 2024 and again on January of 2025. I also sent her a text to her personal cell phone in February of 2025. We have not gotten any communication from her and our requests have gone unanswered. We understand that mistakes happen, but this is unacceptable to ignore customers after you did not provide what was ordered. As a 2024 bride, I strongly suggest not using Victoria from The Dirty Dahlia as your wedding florist.
