      I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by Cloverdale Cemetery. My friend passed away a year ago, and we chose this cemetery for her cremation and burial. We paid for an individual post with a plaque that includes her name, date of birth, and date of death.The family service advisor assured us that the plaque would be added to the post. However, it has been a year, and the plaque is still not in place. Despite multiple emails and calls, I received no response. I later discovered that the original advisor had been let go. The new family service advisor promised to handle it immediately, but a month later, nothing had changed.This ongoing issue has caused immense distress and has made me question whether my friends ashes were even properly buried. The lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through is unacceptable. The high turnover of staff only adds to the sense of instability and unreliability.I strongly advise others to consider alternative options for their loved ones final resting place. Cloverdale Cemetery has failed to provide the respect and service that grieving families deserve.

      Our familys experience with Cloverdale Funeral Home was heartbreaking and continues to add to our grief. We had a written contract in which it was written for our family to be notified prior to our loved ones cremation to allow us to be on their property. That simple request was not honored. A phone message was left for us to come by to pick up my husbands remains. The lack of compassion and professionalism that our family received should not happen to another family. We were not offered our money back as it would appear they were buying our silence they said. Beware of Cloverdale Funeral Home.

      Client was not called as specified at cremation time. A partial refund was made for lack of communication. Training discussions are on-going related to communication with clients to assure instructions given are followed. Funeral home manager did speak at length with daughter related to this complaint.
