    They dont follow proper protocol with the deceased , therefore leading to ILLEGAL cremation and robbing families of their last goodbye with their loved one. They cremated THE WRONG person, therefore leading to the viewing being the wrong person. The absolute trauma this is caused my best friend and her family is heartbreaking and they just keep deleting things they are tagged in and reviews relating to this. Quit being chicken sh*t and own up to your mistake, at the least. The trauma you have put Docs family through is UNFORGIVABLE and I sincerely hope your company gets shut down. YOU ARE A PATHETIC EXCUSE OF A COMPANY AND YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED
