      I have submitted an online order since 7/12 and they took the money out of my account the same day. Order number *******. We never received it or got any shipping notifications. I called numerous times and nobody answers the phone number provided with the order. Today 8/2 I called the local store in Westminster and I was told by a Sales associate they cant help me. I even challenged the person and I said youre one company, someone must have access and he said no that I need to keep calling the number, which got me nowhere. Even mentioning a BBB complaint he said thats fine. Horrible customer service and while we spent thousands of $ with this company in the past, will never by from again. Bottom line, we are out $150+ with no response as to when we can get the order.

      I purchased a home that contained some furniture. One piece I identified being from Scandinavian Designs but it was missing slats. I called them up to procure replacement slats, but I was told that I cannot order replacement parts without a previous order number. I explained that this was not possible and inquired with several other reps and sales associates online and in store. In each case I was denied the ability to get the parts I require. I believe I have a right to repair this piece and Scandinavian Designs is unnecessarily blocking this in order to coerce another purchase. Whatever policy they have needs to be corrected and the pieces should be provided at a reasonable retail value.

      I purchased a custom ordered couch from this business in Dec 2019 it was delivered 12 weeks later. Buttons on the cushion started popping off and falling through fabric. Called company and a repair person came out to custom order buttons which took until July 2020 to come in because staff forgot to order our buttons. Repair work was done on couch and we were informed by technician that the fabric and button design wouldn't work for this couch. Cushion was repaired by the tech and a couple weeks later buttons fell through fabric yet again. Contact was made in August 2020 to store to see what resolution could be made. Pictures were sent, multiple phone calls were made and a promise from *****, store manager, that a new cushion was ordered for us. It is now Feb. 2021 and we have no new cushion and no contact from store at all. I have called and emailed to get updates and I've gotten nothing in return. At this point I need to be able to get a full refund of this couch.

      I purchased two pieces of art online through dania.com. The purchase was two separate pieces of art meant to be displayed together as one piece. After 6 weeks, I recieved a package which I was lead to believe would be both pieces of artwork. It was only one piece. After several phone calls and emails, I finally received confirmation that the final piece would be delivered. After 10 weeks from the purchase date I finally received the second piece, only it was the exact same piece of artwork I had already received. I've called them and wrote them numerous times to figure out when the extra piece of artwork will be picked up and when I will receive the actual item that I purchased. Every time I reach out they tell me they're looking into it and they'll reach out by a specific date/time, only I haven't received any follow up calls or emails telling me what is going on. My order number is ******* for reference.

      I ordered a bed frame from Dania furniture which was delivered and set up. One of the pieces of wood is warped. I've called the company multiple times and they don't return my call. I also emailed my previous point of contact and they ignore my email.
