    Advertised for three free golf ***** and then put us into a membership that we werent even aware of. we had paid them $59.99 for the last 8 monthsnot realizing itgot nothing in return.. because we shut it down they said they will not talk to us.

    We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter, as customer satisfaction is our top priority.  This is also the first notice we have received of this complaint.
    Mr. ******* placed an online order at  ******************************* on 03/26/2024 for a sleeve of golf ***** that included a 7 day trial membership to our golf tutorial website, Renovation Golf.  All customers are required to check a box prior to order submission indicating that they have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the trial offer. We do apologize if Mr. ******* feels these terms were not presented in an open honest manner but no order can be submitted or successful unless the customer checks this box and selects to submit the order.
    The Terms and Conditions state that the customer will be charged a non-refundable fee of $1.00 plus applicable taxes for shipping of a sleeve of golf ***** and will also gain access to a 7-day trial membership of our golf tutorial website, Renovation Golf. The customer will have 7 days to evaluate the website and if they are not satisfied can call or email customer service for cancellation and will incur no further charges. If the customer elects not to contact us to cancel within 7 days, he or she will be billed a monthly membership fee $59.99 for access to the website. The consumer will continue to be billed every 30 days until we are contacted by them to cancel their membership. We apologize for any confusion experienced with the terms of the trial offer.
    Mr. ******* did contact our customer service on 11/17/2024 and the membership was cancelled at that time. Our records do not show any prior cancellation or contact attempt from Mr. ******** In the interest of maintaining customer goodwill the membership is now cancelled and the membership fees for the months of April through November have been refunded as requested. 
    We hope that this resolution satisfies Mr. ******** complaint, and sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience that may have been experienced. If there is anything further that we can do to assist in this matter, please do reach out to us directly at the number below.
