      ****** overcharges by not ringing up the correct prices on clipped coupon items and in-store sales items, such as the Buy 5 deals. Today they tried to charge me $20.54 over what they should have and a couple days ago they tried to charge me $7.94 above what they should have. This happens quite often. On the plus side, they are very good about refunding the overcharges, but I'd really rather they just got them right in the first place.

      Was at the local shaws yesterday (Saturday around 3:00pm) with my 2 small children their was a young women working the self checkout and she was a model for good people are still out their even in customer service when customers can be very difficult. The young women noticed my son was quite the handful he was running to the claw machine as I was trying to pay for our groceries she played ball with the kids so I could pay and when I finished paying she gave the kids each a free saint ********* day huge balloon. Were all so quick to post negative reviews I'd thought I'd share my very story as it was a positive interaction.
