  Called for a tow and gave them a time we had to get the car to the destination. They charged our card $250 then called saying they could not be there until the next day. We told them to cancel it then and they said we have to pay 50% for canceling. This is robbery!

  Ive sent numerous emails. On Friday March 1, 2024 I called to get a flat tire replaced around 11pm. I was told it would be about a ***** minute wait and the dispatcher would call me in a few minutes to confirm the details. Around 1:00 am on Saturday morning I called to see what was going on because I hadnt received any call and no one was at my location. I had to call many times before the dispatcher finally called me and confirmed the details. At this point I had already been charged $509.25. I asked her how long the wait would be as she said the driver was in my area at this time it was about 1:30-1:45am, almost 3 hours after this began. When I called again I was told 5 minutes. I called another few times, same thing 5 minutes. It was about 3:30 when I got a call saying the driver got in an accident. I was left stranded for almost 5 hours and they asked me if I wanted to make an appointment??? AN APPOINTMENT? I literally only used this service because it was an EMERGENCY. I told the woman no and I wanted my money back. She then offered me a tow truck. I said I would take a tow if it was free with my refund and at this point I was desperate. She told me it would be deducted from my refund. I promptly asked her how much it would be and how long it would take (this was not a confirmation to send this truck). She told me shed call me back in 5 minutes to let me know. She didnt. She called me back 45 MINUTES LATER when my boyfriend and I were risking our lives driving on this flat tire almost an hour away from my home. She told me the tow was enroute. I never asked for that. I told her no thank you and I want my refund. She informed me I would only receive less than half my money back because Im canceling. I DID NOT CANCEL. I never asked for anything but a tire and none of this was my fault. I will be contacting the authorities.

  If I could give negative stars I would. This company charged me ****** to send someone out to jump start my car. 11:00pm. Assured me (as theyre taking the card number theyve been talking to the tow company supposedly coming out. An hour and a half lasted they want ***** more and no tow company. An hour later the extra charge goes down to *****. Still no tow company. 3am and now they want to set an appt for 10am. Im in the middle of a parking lot and supposed to wait until 10 am. I was informed if I do not take the appt., too bad basically thats my only option. This company is a scam. They should be ashamed of themselves.

  The have been really unhelpful when they did the work incorrect. Refused to check out their mistakes and have no warranty or garuntee that they will do the work right. They are a waste of time and money.
