      I use to love this gym(AnyTime fitness Overland), had a membership for almost 2 years that Id put on freeze when I left town for work. In them switching owners, that information somehow didnt stay in the system and they started charging me again while I wasnt using the membership, I asked for it to be taken care of, someone sounded like theyd fix it, only for them to send my account to collections, over THEIR error. When I told the manager about this and asked him to fix the collections issue; he said it wasnt a big deal and it wont affect me that much Leaving my account in collections.. As if that was his choice to make? My old UNUSED ACCOUNT is in collections for the COMPANYS issue, and the manager thinks its just ok?Im not done. I will report on every app I can and tell everyone I know. I used to love this gym, now theyre just shady with their new management. Time to find someone else and figure out how I can remove THEIR issue from my credit reports.
