    At 1st visit to *********************************************** Center office, I was offered a few choices for hearing aids. I asked if there was the ability to return the hearing aids if they did not work out for me. I was told yes withing 30 days. I also asked if there would be any fees or anything at all I would have to pay if I did choose to return them. I was told no. I then said so if they don't work out, I can bring them back and I would owe nothing. I was told I would not owe anything if I return them within 30 days. I was having issues with the hearing aids during the 1st week I had them so I went back into the office to see if they could adjust them. They did make some adjustments to the hearing aids which made them worse. The next week I went back into the office to return the hearing aids. They did charge me to return them even though I had been told I would not be charged. I returned them because the hearing aids did not work correctly. This is through no fault of my own. The hearing aids made my hearing worse than not even wearing them. This is not my fault so I don't think I should have to pay to return them. It is the fault of the programming of them or the poor quality of the hearing aids themselves. Not sure which one it is, but they did not work. I should not have to pay a dime for something that did not work. Thank You for your time.

    I am rejecting this response because: I feel this is a bait and switch setup. When I 1st went in to talk about getting hearing aids, I asked if there was a fee if I returned the hearing aids for any reason. I was told there was no charge at all if returned in the 1st 30 days. Then when I go to pick them up, I am told there would be a fee if returned. The hearing aids did not work as promised. I feel I should not have to pay for something that did not work as I was told they would. They made things worse when in a public restaurant, and when I took them back to have them adjusted, all that seems to have been done was make them so all sounds were more quite then without using the hearing aids at all. Hearing aids should not make sounds quieter, they should make them louder and easier to hear. These hearing aids, and the provider that sold them to me, did nothing but take money out of my and my insurance companies pocket. I should not have to pay anything for something that did not work.
