  ***** came out on a Saturday and was super quick! Our heater had went out in the middle of the night. He was able to fix the problem in no time and also educated us in depth as far as preventative care! Thank You IMS!!

  I cannot thank this company enough. Our furnace suddenly stopped working and they fixed it in just a few minutes. ***** was honest and kind. I highly recommend their services!

  We had a downdraft kitchen stove and wanted to replace it but needed a range hood that drafted through the ceiling rather than just into the room. Mechanical Solutions installed our new vented, large cfm range hood without ******* through it, taking the time needed to do an excellent and thought out install. My husband, the cook in our family, is still smiling.

  Pick a category, including cost, and I give 5 stars. A few hours here installing a furnace and air con, and *****, ***, and **** felt like family. A followup as promised, and later a question about the control unit was answered with another visit within 20 minutes. You wont regret hiring ***** and his team.

  We are extremely grateful to have stumbled onto this company. True skilled technicians, most knowledgeable and very professional. You get a sense that they genuinely care for their customers and want to do right by them. Our HVAC unit was due to be replaced and they made the whole experience less stressful, talking us through next steps, giving us all the options to make an informed decision and answering our questions.   I found Innovative Mechanical Solutions last summer when my old and tired ac unit broke during the heat wave. They came out and got it up and running right away. This year I wasn't about to take any chances so IMS was my first and only call. The entire team did an exceptional job removing and installing my new ac and furnace. The communication and straight forward style of doing business was refreshing. I have dealt with several other hvac providers over the years and I am grateful I will never need to contact any of them again. IMS is my go to company for all my hvac needs.

  I highly recommend this company. ***** and his crew are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and thorough. My new AC unit runs perfectly and my upstairs tenants (my kids) couldnt be more pleased. Kudos!!

They did an outstanding job with removal of the old system and the installation of the new HVAC with a Heat pump. They were on time, efficient, very respectful of our place, clean and highly professional. ***** spent time going over everything they did and how the system works. ***** has us on his schedule to do a follow up to verify the system is running to his expectations.   HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!Innovative Mechanical Solutions is the last HVAC company I will ever need. ***** is knowledgable, straight forward, affordable and my kind of business owner. He understands that it's customer service and quality of work that keeps bringing in new customers. His straight forward honesty is much appreciated in today's shady world of home repairs and upgrades.
