They held me from Thursday night after work to Sunday late afternoon. Without the sufficient cause for a mental hold. To keep me as long as they could to accrue as many days as possible to compensate them financially exceeding within the proper state and legal guidelines. Now they want to charge me $2,000 as my deductible. They said I stayed there one day. Then when questioned about the cost they stated I had been there for 2 days and that their daily rate is $700. Then when asked for a breakdown of the $2,000 cost as a deductible then they sent a message that I was unable to access. Then when I called to ask for the name of one of the therapists to make a proper complaint to the state board. They then could not access my file because **** had my file (**** the internal complaint representative that I had attempted to call 3 times prior to their denial of access of MY health care providers name.1. They not only have violated my rights possibly by the hold without a court order at first. 2. They proceeded to share my personal life in front of the entire common area of the facility.3. Attempting to Charge me an unknown amount before insurance they have not disclosed. $2,000 after 1-2 days that they arent even sure of. Will not supply an accessible break down of the charges from their facility.4. Will not disclose my personal file information with me after given the appropriate identification for myself. (***) is refusing to tell me the name of my provider to file the appropriate complaint and paperwork to hold people accountable.Something VERY corrupt is going on here and people there are in on covering it up. I fear for people who really have mental disabilities. They are abusing their licenses and authority.

As of December 2021, I set up a payment arrangement to pay hundred dollars towards my account every month until the full balance is paid off. As of October 2022 my balance was sent to collections. I have made several attempts to contact the office of their billing department with the phone number, listed on the bill and left several voicemails so that anybody got getting into contact with me. At least $600 of that was sent to collections agency while Intermountain continue to send me Bills - I have reached out several times to several different phone numbers trying to get in contact with somebody and I have not been able to. I just received another bill threatening to put the rest of that into collections as well. They need to buy back the debt that they sold of mine to the collection agency so that I continue to make payments as previously arranged they have done substantial damage to my credit history, and I want it resolved.
