    I would not recommend North End Sprinkler Service. ***** gave me a vague two-day arrival window, then showed up abruptly with only ten minutes notice. In person, he was dismissive, impatient, and brusque. I had a somewhat complicated sprinkler issue and had already explored several potential solutions myself. ***** offered a single suggestion that wasnt practical or helpful, and eventually concluded that the solution Id already identified myself was the best path forward. He did not offer to perform the necessary fix. Despite not actually doing any hands-on work or inspecting a single sprinkler head, he charged me $50 for roughly 20 minutes of his time. Given this experience, I can only imagine what the cost would have been had any substantial work been performed. Proceed with caution if considering this service.
